Delivery services are duplicated and the checkout page is not responsive

Hello! There are two big problems on the checkout page:
1.Duplicated delivery services https://skr.sh/sBuzCx0ytA6
2.The block of delivery and payment is not adaptive https://skr.sh/sBuFPtiXjAs
How can I solve these problems?

Hello,

Do you use an additional plugin to add this? Have you tried to contact the plugin support first? Do you have the same situation when a default theme, like Storefront, is activated on your site?

Activated the Storefront theme here https://skr.sh/sBuwUQb1p4q, checked the order, there is no delivery dubbing here

I checked your checkout page and don’t see issues with the duplication https://prnt.sc/26c1d7y or with the responsive https://prnt.sc/26c1e7l
So, have you sorted out?
Or describe your actions step by step to reproduce the problem.
