Customizing sidebar/filter icon and location in a mobile view (shop view)

Hi Team,

Thank you for your support.
I would like to customize the sidebar or Filter in a mobile view. Please check out my private content area.

1. can I combine #3 filter icon with #1 sort out icon?

2. If not can I move #3 to #2 location? right next to #1?

3. Can I change the design of #3? filter? how can I do it?
