Create products categories menu issue after try

Hi there support team!
Im facing an issue trying to create a header categories menu.
My steps are navigating to the appearance page, creating a new menu, and creating the “Rings” menu and this is where I failed to find the woocommerce products categories menu options.
I see a notification message above saying that this theme is not support categories.

The bottom line is, what can I do to create a proper categories menu, each of which will later be a trigger for the mega menu?

It seems that there might be a misunderstanding due to the notification message you’ve mentioned, which states that the theme does not support categories.

To assist you further, we would like to clarify that our theme does support the creation of category menus, including the ability to use them as triggers for a mega menu. It’s possible that the product categories are not currently visible in the menu editor screen. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the ‘Appearance’ > ‘Menus’ page in your WordPress dashboard.
2. At the top right of the screen, click on ‘Screen Options’.
3. Under the ‘Show on screen’ section, ensure that the checkbox for ‘Product Categories’ is ticked.
4. Once you have done this, you should be able to see the ‘Product Categories’ panel on the left-hand side of the menu editor.
5. You can now add your desired product categories to the menu and arrange them as needed.
