Create a Popup state selector for specific category. & Age limit verification

    I want to create a popup that first asks the customer to select their U.S. state. After selecting a state, it should prompt the user for age verification. If the customer selects Texas, all product categories should be visible. For any other state, the THC category should be excluded, while all other categories remain visible.
