Color of text not changing on the menu (top)

Hello,

I am having a hard time finding where to change the color of texts. Website on PCA

1) I cannot change the color of the text which is on the bottom menu, It changes once hovered over, but I would like the text to be white. The menu on there currently has about us and contact us. But you cannot see it clearly
2) The button in between the logo and search bar is suppose to be showing the words “menu” and the 3 lines but it is not
3) After the search bar there is the sign in, my cart, my wish list, compare buttons but you cannot see them. I am trying to make the colors into black on a white background but I cannot change the color of the text.
