    Hello,

    Please read in the documentation how to edit Parallax section:
    https://www.8theme.com/classico-theme-documentation/ (paragraph “3.5. Visual Composer” > Parallax effect).

    The issue with hover effect has been fixed. Please clear browser cache and check.

    Did you disbled my Jet pack in order to make work the Hover images?? because my FAVICON disapeard, should i have Jetpack plugin disabled?
    In that case how do i configure the favicon.
    I usually manage my social media through jetpack, how do i configure social media through your Theme?
    I found where to change the parallax images, but everytime i create a new page it pulls a specific image (from your sample library) how do i change that default option to set one of my images?

    So many questions, sorry, i read the documentation but just cant find some things…
    where do i change the background in the header of the product page..?
    I just can´t find it…

    Hello,

    You can enable Jetpack plugin and configure it to your needs.
    Upload your images via WP Dashboard > Media Library and select them when creating parallax effect.
    To change picture on Products page go to 8Theme Options > General > Header Settings > Breadcrumbs background and upload your image.

    Slowly getting there,
    two language questions,
    some of teh buttons are in english how do i change them to Spanish?
    In the top of the home page there are the translation links how do i configure them?

    Hello,

    If you want to have multilingual site you need use WPML plugin http://wpml.org/ .
    As I see you didn’t translate the theme in .po file in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/languages. Please refer to our documentation how to do this correctly: https://www.8theme.com/classico-theme-documentation/ (paragraph “10.1. Base theme translation”).

    Hello Eva you always so helpful..
    we are trying to do the translation..
    My site is comming along but ii still have some issues just can´t firgure out
    please help
    1. Once we are in the product page there is no back button of a way to continue shopping (unles you added to the Cart, then you get the button for continue shopping) but if you want to keep on lokking for products, there is no back button.. the links on the banner do not work.. to shop
    2. Also every time i open a page it brings me to a new page, so you end up with several pages open at the same time, not so easy to navigate, where do i configure this options?
    3.In the shop page there are tabs for Featured produts, Popular, Last minute etc.. how do i set the properties of a product to appear on this tabs? or is it automatic?
    4. where do i change the name of those tags to fit my needs?

    I hope you have time to reply today.. before you close.. my deadline for launching the website is Today 1 july.. hope to get at least close..

    2. Sorry, but I don’t see any issues, all pages are opened in one browser tab. Try to check it in another browser.

    3. Please read this article how to mark featured and new products:
    http://support.8theme.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/9/0/how-to-mark-products-as-featured-and-new-ones
    Also you can edit 8theme Products element in VC editor on your Shop page and write products IDs in the “IDs” field.

    4. You can edit the tabs in the page editor:

    Yes I`am.. and it is not working

    and also i can`t controll what version my costumers will use…

    what to do..? if it is hard to continue browsing the products.. it´s no good

    I added the products Widget to help, but still you can´t see al the products so you can miss some products…
    is there a way to ad pagination so you can continue browsning in the same window or something…

    I don´t know what you mean by customize Files,
    i have customized all the site…
    I dont enven know how to customize the Files…
    but
    If the reupload would change all my work of a week!, please don´t
    I´snt there a way to fix just main side bar?
    The problem its that it is hiding under the navigation bar..

    Did you change original theme files? Did you edit them or you just made changes in Theme Options?

    I just changed the theme options, it has been a lot of work.
    I´m experiencing a big problem about speed, my website is running really slow
    I wanted to try in another server, but we made a copy and it did not work,
    how should we do this?
    Could you please chek our website, as see if it is normal to be this solow..

    Me again…
    i was out for a week… but launched the site las week
    The Instagram Widget is not working
    I placed it on the pre footer sidebar, i will link you to my instagram but wont display the thumbnails or any picture
    please Help
