The product variation images are not changing in my store when I choose the different variations. There are photos thumbnails under the main photo. The first thumbnail under the main photo changes to the correct image when I change the variation but the main image stays on the default image for the product. How can I fix this?

I followed these instructions to replace the product-image.php file in the theme folder with the one from the woocommerce folder and now it is working. Can this be fixed in the next update please?

Acutally, can you tell me how to fix the file so it works? Currently, the zoom and lightbox features are not working with the woocommerce product-image.php file. Can you edit your product-image.php and send so image thumbnails for variations and the zoom/lightbox features work? Thanks.

    Hello,

We do not have this problem on our test theme installation, so could you please provide wp-admin access in Private Content?
Did you make changes using a child theme or in parent theme?

    Regards

Please transfer your changes to the child theme, after that try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and check the product page. Let me know result. If the problem won’t be solved, provide FTP access in Private Content.

    Regards

Hi. I put the file in the child them and put back the original file in the parent theme.

I tried disabling plugins before I submitted the ticket. I could never get it to work right in Chrome.

Maybe it was from the functions file in the child theme???

I deleted everything except the css file in the child folder and activated the child theme again and it seems to be working now with the child theme. Thanks.

Also, do you see how my Theme Options show up? Any idea why the css is messed up?

    Hello,

I am glad that your problem solved. Sorry, but I can’t say what exactly caused the problem because the issue related to your changes in files.

Also, do you see how my Theme Options show up? Any idea why the css is messed up?

    – seems there is some compatibility issue with some of 3-rd party plugins.
Please note we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.

Figured out that the issue was happening because of my caching plugin.
