    Hello,

    Do you mean you want to make header section smaller or rev. slider?

    Provide WP admin credentials in Private Content to check the issue with Screets Chat plugin.

    Hello,

    To change slider height you need edit slider settings http://prntscr.com/bsqjf2.

    As I see you haven’t set up the chat plugin http://prntscr.com/bsqjyu , follow the instructions described in the settings.
