Changing styling/colours not working on my site

Trying to fix colour theme on the site. changing it within styling/colours is not working on my end. can you check this? thanks

The Nav was fixed. But links through out the website i can’t change. Should i update the theme ?

Thanks this should work on other links.

But the normal links i tried changing in style/colours but to no avail. please check links in the footer…

This is not like the one i did on my first 8theme site. I was expecting tweaking only a few codes then colour would change globally. so this is what it is right now?
