Upon investigation, we have determined that the root of the problem lies within the custom CSS code https://prnt.sc/AdJUpIMi86gY . It appears that one instance of the code has been inserted into the child theme’s style.css file, and another instance is present in the Theme Options under Global Custom CSS.

We have successfully removed the specified code as per your request from Theme Options: https://prnt.sc/0TXik1uKpFpg. However, we are unable to make the necessary changes to the child theme without FTP access. Could you please provide us with the FTP access details?
