    Dear Support,

I would like to ask you a clarification. With previous theme versions, when somebody was adding a product to the cart he was redirected to the cart page before reaching the check out.

Since the theme version 4.x I’ve notice when somebody add a product to the cart he is redirected directly to the check out page skipping the cart page.
Why is this happening? Is there the option to let the user arriving to the cart page before proceeding to check out?

    Thanks.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Do you mean link of this button https://prnt.sc/py4mx7 ? It works in the same way on our demo https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda/shop/bacaro-grape-2008/ (3.9 version of the theme).
“Redirect to the cart page after successful addition” you can activate in WooCoomerce > Serrings > Products > General > Add to cart behaviour.

    Regards

    Dear Rose,

    Thank you for your reply.
I am aware of this setting and already checked the box “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition ” nevertheless it does not work as it should be.
When I add a product to the the cart, a window pops up https://prnt.sc/py4mx7. Then when I click on checkout, it takes me directly to the check out page skipping the cart page.
It was not like that in the past, I have noticed this behavior after updating to Legenda 4.1.

Could you please help me to solve the issue?

    F.

    Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Single product > disable Ajax “Add To Cart” option.
