Cannot change page "slug"? - by freerunner

    The theme is not allowing me to change the page “Team Spartan”‘s slug to team-spartan. It keeps auto changing it to team-spartan-2, but I do not have any other pages or slug’s named team-spartan. Please advise

    Hello,

    Please check carefully all pages, posts, categories and tags for that slug. If it does not allow you to change the slug, then it’s already used.

    I found the mistake. It looks like the pages were put into the trash bin and I had to make sure they were completely deleted before I could re-use the same slug name. Thanks
