Topic: Cannot access widget customization page in Appearence> widgets

when I open Appearence> widgets , all I see is blank page. It use to work fine, now it is blank and I cannot change anything regarding widgets on my page.
Big problem. Need this sorted ASAP.
pls Help.

To resolve your issue, please enable the “Classic Widgets Panel” in Theme Options > General and save your changes. https://postimg.cc/vx4NPXYR
After that, please go to Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar and set the desired widgets. Once you have completed these steps, please check the sidebar.
