Cachine issues? footer and other sections not displaying correctly

    when i check my demo site https://snipboard.io/c1wPG2.jpg the footer section is not displaying properly

    please advise

    Additionally, we have turned off the static block cache, removed query strings from static resources, and the menu cache under XStore > Theme Options > Speed optimization.
