Its solved to some extend not fully If new visitor visits cart shows 3 items once user visit cart then it shows empty from now onward cart work fine through whole website

If I add to cart then the product appears in the cart. So, I don’t see the mentioned issue anymore.

One more thing my site is fully optimized and shows 2.5 sec load time in tools but you can see in video its too slow may be in my country Pakistan I am also using cdn please let me know if you can help me to make it more quick even I am ready to pay for this

Read WooCommerce docs and try dedicated SMTP provider https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-4

whats use of this script can we remove it or its necessary ?

admin-ajax.php is part of the WordPress AJAX API, and yes, it does handle requests from both backend and front. https://kinsta.com/blog/admin-ajax-php/
You can’t disable it because then all the AJAX requests of your site won’t work.

But if you disable Cart Fragments then number of items in mini cart won’t be updated if you add to cart on other browser tab, take it into account. And you may face issue when you have 4 items in cart but mini-cart counter displays 3 only.
