    Hello, Ritik Kumar,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    1) We have conducted an investigation and determined that the issue you are experiencing is due to the CDN being enabled on your site. Please refer to the attached image for further reference: https://ibb.co/VMyq5BP

To deactivate the CDN on your site, we recommend that you contact your web hosting provider. Ask them to flush the complete CDN and server cache and disable the CDN for your website until you are in the development process.

If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching or cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.

    2) We recommend that you update the theme and core plugin to the latest version. We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

You can view the theme changelog here: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/.

Additionally, please read and follow the instructions written in our theme documentation here on how to update the theme: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update

If the issue still persist afterwards, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
