Blog – email notifications not working for comments

Hi, I have checked all user/general/discussion email and settings and, while all is correct, comment notifications are not coming through through email. Please advise what to do, this function has not worked since installing your theme. Thank you

Hello,

Please check if notifications are sent with default WordPress theme.
If they are then please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in private content.

Hello,

I’ve checked the issue with default WordPress theme (Twenty Fifteen) and the issue persists there too.
You need check mail logs on a server at your hosting company.
There should be any notices if emails can’t be delivered.
