    Hi,

I already checked this with Woocommerce and comfirmed with them that it’s not an issue of woocommerce. this theme is causing a bug with woocommerce and is causing a really bad customer experience. woocommerce support has screencasts confirming it’s not a woocommerce issue. see http://cld.wthms.co/11MFq & http://cld.wthms.co/1fLfh

    2 issues:

1] if stockmanagement is enabled, backorder disabled & customer TYPES in an amount above stocklevel in singleproduct page, the pop up notifying stocklevel does not show

2] if an amount above stocklevel is manually TYPED in shoppingcart, the order still gets through even though backorder is disabled.

Please offer a solution becaus ethis is causing bad customer experience.

    thanks

    Hi Eva,

thanks for the reply but I would rather not give anyone else access to my backend. these are your own themefiles so please work at it within your own backend and see for yourself. i can see your demo’s do not have stockmanagement enabled & backorder disabeld becasue it’s accepting an amount of 1000000000’s in your shoppingcart. please on your own demo’s, enable stockmanagement with limited stock and disable backorder & try to fix the issue.

    thank you.

ps. please post a reply to this reply directly instead of adding a new reply. this way I will get notified by email when someone replies.

    Hello,

I’ve checked this issue on our test site and when I tried to add more items of a products than there are in the stock I was given an error:
“You cannot add that amount of “AWESOME DEMO EAR-RING” to the cart because there is not enough stock” and the product wasn’t placed in the cart.

What theme version are you using?
Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials to check this problem on your site.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

my backend & front end is in Dutch so this will be a problem. I can’t have you play with wplang. I have realtime customers I have to deal with.

on your demo sites, I can’t see what you’re describing here. I’m on wp 4.1, woocommerce 2.2.10 & royalthem 1.5.2. I have not added any additional css so I’m working with your default themefiles. So I don’t understand why I’m having issues and you’re not. this is a very simple but very strange issue and I believe you’re fully capable of fixing it in no time. please help me out. thanks

    Hello,

To check this issue we need to see your site, because from our side there is no such problem.
Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials and FTP access.
Did you made any changes in original theme files?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
