Background video won't load on Safari

    Hello,

    The background video on our website is working fine in Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome, but not Safari. I tried loading the demo page in Safari, and that also is not working. Any ideas what might be wrong?

    Hello,

    Are you using Safari on Mac or Windows OS?
    Is the browser of the latest version?
