Background image not being added in FAQ page

hello,
i tried changing the scrolling image in the background of the top Main text block with the heading in the FAQ page but it’s not getting changed pls let me know how to change that image. have sent the temporary login alongside.

HELLO, is there any faster process to get revert on problems or this is the only way . it’s more then 12 hrs now and if i face another issue then 12 hrs more. if there is any faster way pls let me know or there any timings for support

thanks,
one more question i want to disable projects option in portfolio page. i marked all projects as draft but then also it ‘s showing as no projects available on portfolio page .

Hello,

Sorry, but your request is a bit unclear for me. The portfolio is an archive page, projects are shown there automatically, there is no option to change it. If you do not want to show projects, delete the portfolio page.
