Arrow to come on the top of the page - by mariangio

Hi,
I have the arrow that is to go back to the top of the page that is white (on white). How can I change that for the arrow to be seen. Here the screenshot on the private content.
Also for the header, the top pink section is actually higher than normal. On the preview (customize) it appears well but when I am out of the customiser it appears higher than it should be. Any idea why it is doing that? (picture attached)
