Any changes made to mobile nav menu won’t show on live site

I updated some links and some items on the mobile nav menu but none of them appear on the live site. I’ve cleared the browser cache and also flushed the Sitegrounds cache but nothing seems to be working.

Please provide some help as quickly as possible as I am getting 404s on the live site.

Edit: For some bizarre reason, I was able to fix this by going into Chrome’s mobile view and then changing then WordPress menu.

Any clue why I had to do this?

Is there a way I can update the links manually through FTP or source code?

Hello, @slippery,

There is no need to find a file of the theme and code in it to solve the issue when the theme has an option. Navigate to the XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Header Builder >> Mobile Menu and then choose the menu you want to show on mobile as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/vDfBK6Qr then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. Your issue will be resolved.

Note: If the above guide doesn’t solve your issue then please share your site wp-admin URL and access in the private content area of this topic by following the below-given format

So that I will check and fix your issue on your site.

Note: Please take a complete backup of your site first and allow us to debug your site and change/remove the plugins to solve your issues.

Hi Tony, I had already selected the Mobile Menu in Header Builder but the changes would still not take effect.

But more concerningly, I am having to make all changes in the mobile menu or else they are not taking effect. I have attached a picture to show what I mean along with the credentials to the website.
