Hi, recently bought blanco woocommerce theme and created child theme for it everything was working fine until 2 days ago when I started experiencing all sorts of problems.
All my dashboard editing tools disappeared, couldn’t add variable products and variations and theme showing this error:
Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files, I don’t know what the problem is, I am on wordpress version 3.9.2

Kindly help in getting these problems solved urgently.

Another Issue I notice is that on checkout page, billing and shipping forms shows up together at the same time, I would only like billing form to show by default and shipping form shows up only when the option is clicked.

its in the private content, also on the product pages, we have only 10 products showing per page as against 12 set in the settings >> Reading >> Blog pages shows at most, 12 posts, did this after reading one of your solutions here.

So what do I do to have 12 products show on product pages.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I’ve updated Woocommerce file and the warning has disappeared from the dashboard. To change products number per page you need edit the settings in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Product Archives paragraph and change the number next to the “Products per page” field.
Also as I see all dashboard editing tools are visible and working. What problems you have trying to add variable products?
Please refer to Woocommerce documentation: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/product-variations/

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,
Thanks alot, they are now working except the editing tools which are still not showing up even after clearing my browser’s cache and cookies, also checking on a colleague’s computer.

Also the checkout page is still showing 2 form at the same time which is not suppose to be. you can check it here: http://retailtherapyonline.com/rto/checkout .
Still on the checkout page, going down the page where we have radio buttons for payment options, clicking on any option should show up the details under it, but this is not the case except for the default one.

Please look into all these and help rectify as soon as possible.

    Hello,

As I see there are a lot of errors for woocommerce plugin:

Try to reupload the plugin folder. Have you changed anything in there?
Also try to disable your plugins one by one. Perhaps some is causing the issue with the text editor.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I have disabled all the plugins, but the problem still persist, and didn’t change anything there, as for reuploading the plugin folder, do I first download the whole folder offline, then delete the one one online and reupload the offline one back online or how do I get it done?
