After update WPBakery page builder disappear "Backend editor" and arrows wrong

Hello team 8theme,

I met two problems after update theme.

1. The arrows of vertical thumbnail in the single product page changed, they are not in correct position, under the desktop mode and tablet mode.

2. The WPBakery page builder disappear “Backend editor” in the product page, now I only use the Classic mode.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of your browser, and check how it works then.

If these issues are not caused by additional plugins, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hi Rose,

I tried disable the third-party plugins, clear wp rocket cache and cloudflare cache, but the problems still are there.

In fact, I had met the similar problem in last year, but it is for mobile mode. And you did some improvements.

And please check temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

It is strange, I meet the problem of swiper arrow in second time. Last year is on the mobile mode, this year is on the desktop mode and tablet mode. Maybe there have problem of my theme setting? Or other anything?
