After Update to Legenda 4.0 : website (mobile version) not anymore available

    Hello,

    I have done the update to the latest version of Legenda theme (Legenda Child v.4.0).
    Has asked i have installed those plugins: Legenda Core, Redux Framework and CMB2.
    My website (computer version) work well after this update.
    But when I go on my mobile the website doesn’t load:


    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server […]

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Do you know how to fix this ?

    Update : I just saw that when I’m connected to wordpress (as an administrator) I can visit the website but when I’m disconnected or when I try with another search engine i can’t access to the website. There is the same error message. So the problem is not only for mobile version.

    Hello,

    Do you use any cache plugin, server cache or CDN? Try to clear cache and check the site again. If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. We’ll check in more details.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your help.
    I have done a back up to a week ago. The problem was still there then I disable my cache plugin (WP Rocket) and now the website work well. I gonna reconfigure the plugin to try to avoid this problem.
    I will try friday to do the update of Legenda theme. I hope the problem won’t come back.
