After update footer is gone and images are really tiny

After update my site’s footer is gone and most of the images are shown tiny.

I checked your site and images are ok https://gyazo.com/acd0b970385dc25fb418093daea28966

Footer was missing because footer static block widget was out of place. I have added that to footer widget area and it’s ok too.

The images appear tiny probably before caching, but I don’t know the reason.
