After update footer seems stretched - by Jamie

I just updated my theme, wordpress, and plugins and while it created a few small problems I was able to fix everything except the footer. It seems stretched and I can’t figure out why. Could you look at see what I’ve done?

Currently it looks like this:

as you can see, the content is wider than the rest of the content on the site. This is what I need it to look like again:

Hello,

I’ve row settings in Footer static block and set “Default” for “Row stretch”.
Please clear browser cache and check footer now.
