Adding a list of links under the menu items

Hi again – I’d like to add a list of links under my menu items for quick navigation.
So, if I have a menu item called “Calendar” how would I then add a list under that item and then make sure they link to a specific page? ex: Menu Bar “Calendar” and then under “Calendar” I’d like to have; Summer and then For Kids, For Families, For Date Nights…
