    Dear Helpdesk,

I have critical issues on a website I manage. I don’t know if they are all linked together and fixing one means getting rid of the others. These problems result in an incredible performance lack. Everything is very slow in the backend editor.
Plug-ins are up to date. system requirements are matched.

    Here the error messages:

    1) in the dashboard i have this message:
Woocommerce lld_wc_reserved_stock tab not created. Does the user have privileges on the database?
(yes, the user has all the privileges)

    2) in the Site health panel I have these messages:

    – A PHP session has been started after a session_start() function call. This interfers with REST API and loopback requests. Session must be closed with session_write_close() before any HTTP request

    – REST API request failed:
Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

    – Loopbak request failed
Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10007 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

    – Warning: not able to test wp_version_check() filter availability

I have provided access to the backend in the private content area.
    Thanks for your precious help.

    Robert

    Hello,

Could you, please, switch to the default WP theme and check if you still have the mentioned errors?

    Regards

    Hello,

Yep, unfortunately. We are able to help you only in case the problem is related to theme options or caused by theme files. In case you have the same error even with the default theme then theme support can do nothing because we are able to edit our theme code.

    Regards
