I almost ready to launch our website but.. I would like to know how to input SOCIAL MEDIA ICON on the top link.

and

have LOGIN and Register, rather than theme option sign in

Hello,

You can add shortcode [share] in Text widget and drag it to “Left Side top bar area” or “Right Side top bar area” in Appearance > Widgets. To get Register link you need create a page as described in the documentation:
