You have 2 options to fix this issue:
1/ You may disable the sticky section in Theme Option -> WooCommerce -> Single product builder.
2/ You may disable Single product builder and use default prebuilt-layouts of Single product. There are options to make sticky gallery or sticky content with no issues.
It is almost impossible to fix that sticky-section issue for Single product builder because we already tried to but had no success. You should know that this problem is caused by specific “own build structure” of Single product content so each column’s width may differ and each position is not pre-located.
