The list of categories in the search section displays only categories that have products. It’s not logical to show empty categories in the search.
2) Different products has different content (some of them has 2 lines vendor, others – not, some of them has product vendor, others – not etc), so it’s not possible to align products.
3) This hover effect (Light https://prnt.sc/1skxegw ) assumes that add to cart link appears on hover only. Choose another hover effect of inherit from global options if you need another type of the add to cart button.
4) What exactly is wrong with the Submit button if footer? What design do you want to have?
5) Issue with the image overlap caused by the custom CSS that you have https://prnt.sc/1skxw5k Remove that custom CSS.
