Hello,

Do you use WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin? Try to delete the plugin and install the latest version from here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check pagination then.
