Fix Access-Control-Allow-Origin as described here – https://crunchify.com/how-to-fix-access-control-allow-origin-issue-for-your-https-enabled-wordpress-site-and-maxcdn/ Check how Theme Options works then. If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
