Please, never post private information like purchase codes out of the Private content area!
1) We removed Legenda, Royal and WooPress from TF because we started to sell them on 8theme.com https://www.8theme.com/#price-section by subscription.
We plan regular updates for these themes and continue support of them.
If you bought the theme on ThemeForest you still have access to theme and plugins from the Downloads area of your 8theme account.
2) If you need help with update theme on your site just provide us with the WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and we’ll help you.
3) We don’t have “support service” as a separate product on our site. So, if you need our support once your TF period expires you can buy any subscription plan we have https://www.8theme.com/#price-section
If you buy a subscription you’ll get access not just to Royal theme but to all the other themes https://www.8theme.com/our-products/ and license if not limited to use for the 1 project only, you can use themes for unlimited projects. Also, you’ll get support for all these themes for the period of your subscription.
