Hello,

Update the theme to 7.2.6 version – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and Core plugin to 3.2.6 https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ Then Sync translation and try to find and translate mentioned strings. If this doesn’t help, provide FTP access also.
