You can use Photoshop to prepare the desired image (like https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/organic/wp-content/uploads/sites/14/2016/07/mask1-2.png ) , save it in .png format. Tutorials, like “How to make transparent text in Photoshop”, you can find on the Internet.
