Update the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ + Core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ and check the page then.
If this doesn’t solve the problem, provide us with FTP access (host, user, password, and port), so we can take a closer look.
