It seems there has been a misunderstanding regarding our suggestion. You have purchased the XStore theme from ThemeForest, which includes about 150+ demo versions (formerly theme versions) available for import, such as Electronics Mega Market, Niche Market 02, Electronics, etc. (https://gyazo.com/33f163ff2a855e79f48a26a3f4c9421f). To import, remove existing demo content, or import additional content, please navigate to XStore -> Import Demos (https://gyazo.com/33df25063a18a0ee3b834b8e2d04e074). Due to the limited access provided, we were unable to verify the number of products you have created (https://gyazo.com/4d05fc65e28e67b48848b191b2780102) and determine if it would be more beneficial to perform an import from scratch.

You have the option to reinstall all of your demo content by using the ‘Delete Content’ button during the import process. This also allows you to select specific parts to remove from your website (https://prnt.sc/DtXnsDV4phjh) and keep the products and media not deleted. More information can be found at: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/

Alternatively, you can choose to skip the content reset action and upload new demo content over your existing content. However, please note that this will result in duplicate home pages, About Us pages, and a mix of products from both your old and new demos.

Before making any changes, we kindly ask you to contact your hosting provider to create a backup archive, allowing you to revert any changes made to your current version.

We have noticed that your store contains approximately 1200 items. Therefore, please remove only the necessary parts during your demo import setup, ensuring that the products and media remain unchanged. Additionally, we kindly ask you to review the documentation we recommended earlier and create a backup of your current version by contacting your hosting provider.

Also, as we think that you may have imported these 1200 products from another source rather than creating them manually. If this is the case, you can perform a complete new setup of your preferred demo from our list with removed all data before and then upload your products as you did previously.

Please be aware that our support policy does not include customizations or the import and configuration of customers’ websites. This is outlined in the Envato policy rules, which guide the support we provide.

Could you please specify which particular components you wish to import from the new demo:

1. Home page
2. All sidebar widgets
3. Theme settings
4. Only certain posts
5. Etc.

You can remove the display conditions for your existing single product template in XStore Builders -> Single Product (edit with Elementor). Set the conditions on your current template to an empty state (https://gyazo.com/0d7d92521e20e569bb9cf6182447a181) or apply them only to specific products.

A single product template allows you to create a standardized way to display products on your site.

These single product templates are site components and can be found by navigating to Templates > Theme Builder from the WordPress dashboard and selecting Single Product. Here, you have quick access to add, edit, or delete all the WooCommerce single product templates you have created.
