  I change header image of shop. but, only change in shop and categories.. all products the old image ( demo ) return and can´t change.

  Hello @Ricardo,

  The custom image is set in Live Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS -> https://gyazo.com/6a59f9877f771c9b045cbfb433523e56. So, you can either remove such image or set the custom url for image you prefer.

  If you still have any questions, please, clearify in details and attach us the temporary wp-admin access to check your settings.

  To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
