Hello Richard

I hope you’re doing well.

We recently purchased the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin, and their support team has been very helpful. After reviewing our site, they’ve suggested that we consult with a specialist in both XStore and Elementor, to resolve some of the issues that were identified. (see email in private content)

Since we already have a paid support plan with 8theme, could you please let us know if you have a developer with that expertise who can assist? And if so, what would be the process? We would really appreciate your guidance and any recommendations that you may have.

Hello @Mark,

We have noticed that you have implemented some customizations on your product images to achieve specific maximum height and width proportions. As you are aware, we are not responsible for any modifications made by customers on their websites. However, you may consider adding additional custom CSS to set the aspect ratio for your images:

.content-product .product-content-image img { aspect-ratio: 4/3; object-fit: cover; }
