    Good day, Support Team

I trust that you are well.

We’ve been monitoring our site performance and have noticed that the homepage upload speed is in excess of 8.58 seconds, which is slower than acceptable for us. Could you please investigate the root cause of this slow load time, particularly on the homepage? When you have a moment, can you share your findings with us along with recommended fixes and an estimated timeline?

    Best regards, Mark

    Hello @Mark,

The heaviest elements on your home page are the videos, which are preventing the content from loading correctly. Examples: https://gyazo.com/a756ea478ea071d4075a036c75045da1 https://gyazo.com/46ef56a9ad1b3216165134e57a928d95.

We recommend temporarily removing these videos to test the loading time or configuring them for lazy loading, which can be set up in the widget settings. Please note that this issue is related to the content you have created on the home page rather than the functionality of our theme.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Mark,

Please note that our standard support service does not include an in-depth performance analysis of individual customer websites. However, you can perform an initial review from your side by following these steps:

    1. Open the browser’s Developer Tools and select the “Network” tab.
    2. Refresh the page to view all resources loaded by the website.
    3. Scroll through the page to ensure all images and other assets are loaded.
    4. Sort the requests by “Size” or “Time” to identify large or slow-loading resources.

    For example, in this screenshot:

    https://gyazo.com/5e06d945b9a6b14508c11259648819ac

you can see that the following image is approximately 1.7 MB:

Reducing the file size of large images can improve page-loading performance. You can optimize such images using tools such as TinyPNG:

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the scope of our support policy.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson
