    Hello,
Yesterday, I made a change, I don’t remember exactly what it was, and product categories archive page aspect was modified.
I am sure the change was made in Xstore Options (not in the template).
As you can see in the attached screenshot the four columns for products have and empty space in both sides.

Please, can you help me in order to restore the right width for the main content?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Javi.

    Hello @javi_web,

Please check now -> https://gyazo.com/1d33456ae049e6e36a9ef04892470ac5 . The setting you modified is the Ajax pagination/infinite scroll option located in your Theme Options: https://gyazo.com/c1702febd8878973a423a715d8ec4f4d. Since you are using the XStore Archive Products Builder, this setting should be configured within the template under the Archive Products element.

    Hello Jack,
    Thank you for your support.
This afternoon I have detected that ACF fields inserted in product’s categories template has disappear.
Could you change be related wit it?

Please, don’t modify the template without alert me before. You can edit and see how it’s made but no changes have to be saved.

Find in Private content an example.

    Thank you,
    Regards.

    Hello @javi_web,

Our recent changes should not have affected this issue. Could you please clarify the problem by providing screenshots or videos showing the content you have configured that is not appearing on the frontend?

Please note that when building the product category archive template using the XStore Archive Products Builder, you can display custom fields created with ACF by using dynamic tags or specific shortcodes. For more details, please refer to the ACF documentation.

    Hello Jack,
Thank you for your response. Please, I need you take a look to the Elementor template.
The template has been working well for weeks and suddenly, yesterday, it began not showing ACF fields data. In fact, just after the template is loaded for editing you could see the data correctly but if you click in such widgets it disappear.

In order to find out the problem we have added the same ACF fields data using ACF rather than Xstore and data is showed. You can check it at the end of the template.

Can you detect the issue? The template’s direct URL is in the private content field.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Javi.

    Hello Jack,
Oh no, it’s an Elementor mistake. We closed the template editing before writing you.
If pop up alert is still showed, please, click “Tomar el control” button and go on.

Let me know if anything is stopping you from continuing as soon as it happend and I will resolve quickly.

    Regards,
    Javi.

    Hello @javi_web,

We have checked the editor and choose “Take the Control” action in your editor, but the content displayed there does not match the screenshots you provided (please refer to the private content). It appears that the issue in Elementor may also be related to the problem you described with the ACF fields.

We kindly ask you to provide details about the recent updates or modifications you have implemented so that we can better understand what might have caused this issue and determine the next steps. Additionally, we recommend submitting your question regarding the missing ACF content to the plugin’s support team, as you are using the PRO version of their product – Advanced Custom Fields PRO.

At this time, we are unable to see the content of your ACF settings either in the editor or on the frontend, so we cannot assist further since the issue cannot be replicated on our side.

    Hello Jack,
I see, this morning was even worst. Elementor doesn’t find the ACF fields. I have edited in ACF fields groups and re-saved them without doing changes.
    Now all works fine again.

I don’t know what is happening. I you have any idea, I’d appreciate it.

    Regards,
    Javi.

    Hello @javi_web,

We recommend that you contact your hosting provider to check for backups from a time when the website was functioning correctly. If you have not made many changes since then, you may restore that backup to resolve the issue.
