Product Gallery Slider layout misalignment and content shifting

Hi,

I am facing a persistent issue with the Product Gallery slider on the single product page (using the Elementor Product Gallery widget).

When I have 1 main product image and 5 gallery images, the slider container shifts aggressively to the left. If I choose 4 images the main photo disappearing on the left.

I attached you screenshot.

Hello @John,

Please open “Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS” and locate the custom CSS that forces the thumbnail sliders to align at the center (see: https://gyazo.com/f3064863e5a378b38a393a4e95fe6fc0). Kindly remove this custom code.

If you still require our assistance, please provide the correct temporary WP‑Admin access in the private content section.

It fixed it, thank you!

Now the problem is when you select the last photo of the gallery and you have more than 4 photos in the gallery, the slider doesn’t work. You see only the first 4 pictures and no the selected one. Check the screenshot please.

Could you please provide us with a video demonstrating the issue? We have tested it across your products and did not encounter the same problem on the frontend: https://gyazo.com/ca86767a9ca764acb425b9c0c785a9aa.

Additionally, please clear your browser cache as well as the cache in any cache plugins before testing again.

Hello @John,

This is not an issue. The single product sliders are not set to auto-scroll because such functionality would require a heavy script and causes issues on carousel navigation sometimes. You can scroll through the main gallery manually, and the thumbnail carousel will highlight the active thumbnail. However, it will not automatically move to the next section if your image is outside the visible slide area.
