    Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with product tabs on my WooCommerce store (using the XStore theme).
    The Problem:
The first tab, which is the “Description” (Opis) tab, does not automatically open when the product page loads. Visitors see the tab titles, but the content area underneath is completely closed/empty until they manually click on the “Description” tab heading.
What I have checked so far:
The product has a full content inside the main Description editor box.
I have cleared all server and plugin caches (LiteSpeed Cache).
The issue persists even in Incognito mode.

Could you please guide me on how to force the first tab (Description) to be active and open by default upon page load? Is there a specific theme setting or a custom snippet I should apply?

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Best regards,
    Luka

    Hello @lukabp,

The issue occurs because there are two tab elements on your single product page that conflict with each other, as they share the same IDs for the description, reviews, and other tabs.

As a workaround, we have found a solution to activate the first tab opened in your Tabs Accordion widget (https://gyazo.com/9a8a4b710c7fe129de5c5ff6c22a4261) so that the script for the tabs will trigger the first tab in the original (horizontal) tabs to open by default (https://gyazo.com/30d7778eef7c341f56fa3066e29f8dfd).

Alternatively, you can remove the accordion tabs and use only one set of tabs per single product page. Please remember to clear the cache before checking the results.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
