  The website was working fine, but when I logged in today, I noticed the headers and footers are missing from the site and also from the Header/Footer Builder.

  I have attached an image of the notice I have around the footer area.

  Thank you! That solved the problem. I just don’t know how that plugin auto-disabled itself.
