    Hi there,

We are currently trying to replace our existing table solution with Barn2’s, but we’ve encountered a critical bug: when a customer clicks “Add to Cart,” the theme triggers the “Added to cart” notification, but the cart remains empty.

    https://fex.net/s/et49vls

We have already performed the following tests:

    Deactivated Jetpack and LiteSpeed Cache.
Disabled the “AJAX add to cart” feature in XStore settings.
Conflict Test: We switched to a default WordPress theme, and the plugin works perfectly. This confirms the issue is specifically tied to how XStore handles product data or AJAX requests.

Do you have other users successfully using this Barn2 plugin?

Is there a specific script or “Single Product” setting in XStore that might be intercepting and dropping the variation data before it reaches the cart?

    Best regards,

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Jennifer,

We do not have experience using our theme with the Barn2 plugin. However, if you provide us with FTP and admin access, we will investigate the issue to determine the cause.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Hello 8Theme Team,

Thank you for your reply and for offering to investigate this.
    I will leave FTP access.

Regarding the issue: we noticed that the table displays correctly, but the “add to cart” action is not working. We currently have the plugin deactivated and are using an alternative for now, as the store is live and active.

Please let me know if you need any additional information or if you have trouble logging in.

    Best regards,

    Please contact administrator

    Hello @Jennifer,

Could you please contact your hosting provider to create a staging website and share temporary wp-admin and FTP access with us? This will allow us to perform separate testing with debugging scripts and theme configuration settings, as it is not appropriate to conduct such tests on your live website.

Additionally, could you please reattach the video you previously shared or provide a new one, so we can replicate the issue step by step and resolve it comprehensively?

Also, you can check next topic -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/cart-broken-for-variable-products-after-woocommerce-10-5-update/ as it seems we previously implemented the compatibility with such plugin but we don’t know if the plugin version with such implementation was released for customers. From our side, we implemented such changes and they are included in latest archives.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
