Issues with Notes Feature and Elementor Template Error in XStore

Hello XStore Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am currently experiencing two issues while using the XStore theme on my website:

Notes Feature Issue
The “Notes” section does not display any topics or content. Instead, it redirects me to the homepage:
http://www.codeopa.com/#
This makes the feature unusable, and I am unsure how to properly configure or fix it.
Elementor Template Error
While working with Elementor, I encountered the following error message:
“Template File: No Template For condition > /themes/xstore/page.php”

It seems that the template conditions are not properly assigned or recognized, and I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Could you please help me identify the cause of these problems and provide the appropriate solutions?

I would like to inform you that the issue related to the “Notes” feature has been resolved successfully.

However, I am still experiencing the Elementor issue. The following error is still appearing:

“Template File: No Template For condition > /themes/xstore/page.php”

I have followed the suggested steps, including checking template conditions and assignments in Elementor, but unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved yet.

Could you please provide further assistance or a more specific solution for this problem?

Hello @mostafa,

We have reviewed your request and found that the notice appears to be related to a cached version, as there are no draft or empty page templates created in the Elementor Theme Builder on your website, also clearing the caches in Elementor Tools (as suggested in steps for solutions in Elementor documentation) not fixed the issue. We also examined similar cases and found that this issue is common among other users (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-templates-for-condition-2/).

At this time, we have temporarily disabled the Debug mode in Elementor to prevent such notices from appearing on your website. You may safely ignore this message, as it does not affect your website’s functionality.
