HI Team, I have recently updated the plugin PRO Elements. This morning, I was locked out of my WordPress account, and the site was not available to the public. 404 error or page cannote be found.

I tried restoring to yesterday’s backup and now find that the header and footer on my site are missing. Also I am still getting a 500 error, but the good news is that I can log in to the admin portal now.

I have attached the email that i just noticed with regard to this issue.

You should have access to the admin portal and the Hostinger server. Please let me know if I need to restore my site to a previous date (before this plugin was updated), before you fix the theme conflict.

Please can you look into this and get it fixed.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Eslyn Dsouza
