I’d like to ask: How can I ensure that out-of-stock products are not taken down from the website but also aren’t displayed on the front end?
Hello, yunqu,
Thank you for your question. To ensure that out-of-stock products remain in your website’s catalog but are not visible on the front end, please adjust the stock display settings in your WooCommerce configuration. You can do this by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory and selecting the option to hide out-of-stock items from the catalog. This way, the products will stay in your database but will not appear to customers until they are back in stock.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

After using your template, my server’s CPU usage has skyrocketed. What should I do? It’s really affecting performance.
Hello, yunqu
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear about the high CPU usage issue you are experiencing after installing our template.
Please note that using Elementor may additionally increase the server load. We also recommend paying attention to the use of extra plugins, as well as cache and CDN settings.
To assist you better, please provide the following details:
– The name and version of the template you are using
– Your WordPress and PHP versions
– A list of active plugins on your website
In the meantime, we suggest checking for any unnecessary plugins or scripts that may be running in the background, clearing your cache, and ensuring that your hosting environment meets the template’s requirements.
Once we receive the requested information, we will investigate the issue further and suggest the best solution.

Hello, how can I adjust the distance from the top of the page on the blog page and blog list page in the template? Part of the content is being obscured by the top navigation bar. Could you please tell me how to fix this? I couldn’t find the corresponding templates for the blog page and blog list page in the template settings.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To resolve the issue with the content being obscured by the top navigation bar, please disable the Header Overlap option. You can find detailed instructions here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/
If you would like to have different header settings for different pages, this is also possible using the Header Builder.

Hello, how can I configure the age verification pop-up so that it appears only once on the entire website? I want it to appear only once when a customer first lands on the homepage. How do I set this up?
Hello, yunqu,
Thank you for your message. To configure the age verification pop-up so that it appears only once when a customer first visits your homepage, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Theme Options > Age Verification in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Enable the Age Verification Popup option.
3. In the Display Settings, select Show on Homepage Only*
4. Enable the Remember User Choice or Show Once per Session/Visit option (depending on your theme version). This will ensure the pop-up appears only once for each visitor.
5. Save the changes and clear your website cache.
After completing these steps, the age verification pop-up will appear only once when a user first lands on your homepage.
Best Regards,

Hello, thank you for your reply. Could you please take a screenshot and show me where it is? I haven’t been able to find the setting you mentioned. Thank you.
I have one more question: How can I pin specific products to the top of the product list page?
Thank you for your question. To pin specific products at the top of the product list page, please go to your WordPress Dashboard and open the Products section. Edit the product you would like to feature and mark it as Featured by selecting the star icon in the product list or by enabling the “Featured” option within the product settings.
Regarding the age verification popup options, we have provided you with a screenshot showing where they can be found.
If you need further assistance or would like to customize the sorting order, please let us know, and we will be happy to guide you through the process.
Best regards,

Hello, regarding the age verification toggle, I’ve already enabled it, but the issue is that I only want customers to see it on the homepage. Right now, it appears on every page, so they have to click it every time they visit a page. Do you understand what I mean?
Thank you for your message. We understand that you would like the age verification popup to appear only on the homepage instead of every page of your website. Please note that, by default, the age verification feature is displayed across the entire site. To restrict it to the homepage only, some customization of the theme’s code or additional script adjustments may be required.
Such modifications are not included in the basic support package.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
